1. Limited Stay Visa (VITAS C-317)
Explanation
This document is important for foreign workers who want to bring their families with them while working in Indonesia.

- A color copy of the foreign worker's family passport with a minimum validity period of 18 months.
- Family passport cover
- Family photo of foreign worker with red background (wearing formal attire)
- Wife's Marriage Certificate in English
- Child's birth certificate in English
- Company current account for the last 3 months with a minimum balance equivalent to 10,000 USD
- Letter / Application form that has been completed by the Company.

- The validity period of the 317 E-Visa is 90 days.
2. New Limited Stay Permit (ITAS)
Explanation
A type of immigration license granted to the family of a foreign worker to stay in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia for a limited period of time.

- Long Term 7-12 Months
- Short Term 1-6 Months

- Original passport of the foreign worker
- Landing stamp or sticker
- E-Visa Billing Code and Proof of Payment 317

- Letter / Application form that has been completed by the Company.
Provisions
- If you get an "Entry Permit" landing stamp or sticker, then the relevant TKA Family is required to report to the local Immigration for Photographs, Biometrics, and Issuance of New KITAS & MERP.
- The reporting deadline at the local immigration office is 30 days after the arrival of the family in Indonesia.
- Photos and Biometrics are taken on the 3rd day after you submit your documents to the local Immigration office.
- The validity period of the ITAS of the TKA family adjusts to the validity period of the ITAS of the TKA in Indonesia.
3. Multiple Entry / Re-Entry Permit (MERP)
Explanation
MERP or written Re-Entry Permit granted by an immigration official to a foreigner holding a Limited Stay Permit or Permanent Stay Permit to re-enter Indonesian territory.

- Short Term 1-6 Months

4. Reporting Certificate (STM)
Explanation
A document issued by the Regional Police or Resort Police in accordance with the domicile or residence of a foreigner in Indonesian territory. This document states that the foreigner has reported his/her arrival to Indonesia.
Type of License
Adjust to the short-term (1-6 months) or long-term (7-12 months) period of the Limited Stay Permit (ITAS).
