1. New Foreign Labor Usage Plan (RPTKA)
Explanation
A document on planning for the use of foreign workers that must be owned by companies for investment activities (PMA and PMDN) that use foreign workers in their business activities based on Government Regulation (PP) Number 34 of 2021 concerning the Use of Foreign Workers.

- Short Term 6 Months

Requirements
- Company documents
- Deed of Establishment and Decree of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights,
- Latest Deed of Amendment and SK Kemenkumham,
- Company NIB,
- PKKPR (Approval of Conformity of Space Utilization Activities) Company) Company,
- NPWP,
- Mandatory Company Labor Report,
- Organizational Structure, and
- ID card of the person in charge.
- Documents of Indonesian Workers who will accompany Foreign Workers in your company, such as:
- ID card of the accompanying worker,
- Photo of accompanying workers, and
- The name of the accompanying migrant worker must be listed on the Company's WLK.
- Project contract (for Oil and Gas companies)
- Letter / Application form that has been completed by the Company.
Provisions
- The capital value stated in the company deed and SK Kemenkumham is at least 1 billion.
- If the TKA's position is a director in the company, the TKA's name must be listed in the company's Deed and SK Kemenkumham.
2. Payment of DKPTKA (Compensation Fund for the Use of Foreign Workers) and ASTAKA (Foreign Workers Insurance)
Explanation
- DKPTKA: is the compensation you need to pay to the state for the use of foreign workers in the company.
- ASTAKA: is a facility for insurance program services for foreign workers who work in Indonesia for less than 6 months.
Validity Period
- DKPTKA: 5 working days after billing code issuance.
- ASTAKA: 1 working day after billing code issuance.
Provisions
- Referring to the Minister of Manpower Regulation No. 15 Year 2022 article 2 DKPTKA, the fee is USD 100 per position per 1 Month for each foreign worker and needs to be paid in advance.
- You can make ASTAKA payments according to the period of use of foreign workers in the company:
- 1 month period: IDR 762,000
- 2 or 3 months: IDR 1,715,000
- 4, 5, or 6 months: IDR2,477,000
3. Permit to Use Foreign Workers (IMTA/Notification) New
Explanation
Approval document for the use of foreign workers issued by the Director General of Manpower Placement and Expansion of Employment Opportunities as the basis for issuing VITAS and ITAS (Permenaker No.10/2018).

- Long Term 12 Months
- Short Term 6 Months

Requirements
- Your company's bank statement for the last 3 months
- Work reference of Foreign Workers (TKA) from the previous company, at least 3 years of work experience (for short term) and 5 years (for long term)
- A copy of the foreign worker's passport in color with a minimum validity of 18 months
- University diploma in English
- Photo of the foreign worker with a red background wearing formal attire
- Health insurance or travel insurance with the name and policy number of the foreign worker on it
- Letter / Application form that has been completed by the Company.
4. Limited Stay Visa (VITAS C-312)
Explanation
A limited Stay Visa for work is granted to foreigners who will work in the territory of Indonesia.

Requirements
- A color copy of the foreign worker's passport with a minimum validity period of 18 months.
- Cover of the foreign worker's passport
- Photo of the foreign worker with a red background wearing formal attire
- Company current account for the last 3 months with a minimum balance equivalent to 10,000 USD
- Letter / Application form that has been completed by the Company.
Provisions
The validity period of E Visa 312 is 90 days.
5. New Limited Stay Permit (ITAS)
Explanation
A type of immigration license granted to foreigners to stay in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia for a limited period of time.

- Foreign worker's original passport
- Landing stamp or sticker
- E-Visa 312 billing code and proof of payment
- RPTKA, IMTA / TKA Notification, DKPTKA billing code, and DKPTKA proof of payment
- Letter / Application form that has been completed by the Company.
Provisions
- If you get an "Entry Permit" landing stamp or sticker, then the foreign worker concerned is required to report to the local Immigration to take photos, biometrics, and issue a new KITAS & MERP;
- The deadline for reporting at the local immigration office is 30 days after the arrival of the foreign worker in Indonesia;
- Photos and Biometrics are conducted on the 3rd day after you submit your documents to the local Immigration office.
6. Multiple Entry / Re-Entry Permit (MERP)
Explanation
MERP or written Re-Entry Permit granted by an immigration official to a foreigner holding a Limited Stay Permit or Permanent Stay Permit to re-enter Indonesian territory.

- 7- 12 months

7. Reporting Certificate (STM)
Explanation
A document issued by the Regional Police or Resort Police in accordance with the domicile or residence of a foreigner in Indonesian territory. This document states that the foreigner has reported his/her arrival to Indonesia.
Type of License
Adjust to the short-term (1-6 months) or long-term (7-12 months) period of the Limited Stay Permit (ITAS).

8. Certificate of Residence (SKTT)
Explanation
A type of identity issued by the Population and Civil Registration Office to foreigners holding a Limited Stay Permit (ITAS) as a condition for staying in Indonesian territory.

9. Report whereabouts (LK)
Explanation
The form of TKA reporting is in accordance with the domicile of the company where the foreigner works in Indonesia. You need this document as information that the foreigner has arrived and is ready to work in the company.
