1. Plan for the Use of Foreign Workers (RPTKA) Extension
Explanation
An extension of the planning document for the use of foreign workers that you must have. Especially companies with investment activities (PMA and PMDN) that use foreign workers in their business activities. This is based on Government Regulation (PP) Number 34 of 2021 concerning the Use of Foreign Workers.

Requirements
- Company documents
- Deed of Establishment and Decree of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights,
- Latest Deed of Amendment and SK Kemenkumham,
- Company NIB,
- NPWP,
- Mandatory Company Labor Report,
- Organizational Structure, and
- ID card of the person in charge.
- Documents of Indonesian Workers who will accompany Foreign Workers in your company, such as:
- ID card of the accompanying worker,
- Photo of accompanying workers, and
- The name of the accompanying migrant worker must be listed on the Company's WLK.
- Project contract (for Oil and Gas companies)
- Letter / Application form that has been completed by the Company.
Provisions
- The capital value stated in the company deed and SK Kemenkumham is at least 1 billion.
- If the TKA's position is a director in the company, the TKA's name must be listed in the company's Deed and SK Kemenkumham.
2. DKPTKA (Compensation Fund for the Use of Foreign Workers) Payment
Explanation
DKPTKA is the compensation that you (the employer of foreign workers) need to pay to the state for the use of foreign workers in the company.
Validity Period
5 working days after billing code issuance.
Provisions
Referring to the Minister of Manpower Regulation No. 15 Year 2022 article 2 DKPTKA, the fee is USD 100 per position per 1 Month for each foreign worker and needs to be paid in advance.
3. Permit to Use Foreign Workers (IMTA/Notification) Extension
Explanation
Approval document for the use of foreign workers issued by the Director General of Manpower Placement and Expansion of Employment Opportunities as the basis for extending the Limited Stay Permit.

- BPJS Health TKA
- BPJS Employment TKA
- A color copy of the foreign worker's passport with a minimum validity period of 18 months.
- TIN OF THE FOREIGN WORKER
- Photo of foreign worker with red background (wearing formal clothes)
- Company Current Account for the last 3 months
- RPTKA that has been extended
- TKA notification, DKPTKA payment order billing code, DKPTKA proof of payment
- Letter / Application form that has been completed by the Company.
4. Limited Stay Permit (ITAS) Extension
Explanation
A type of immigration license granted to foreigners to stay in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia for a limited period of time.

Requirements
- Original TKA passport
- RPTKA, TKA Notification, DKPTKA Payment Billing Code, Proof of DKPTKA Payment that has been extended
- ITAS stamp on a valid passport
- ITAS online that is still valid
- Letter / Application form that has been completed by the Company.
Provisions
- On the 3rd day after you submit the documents to the local Immigration Office, the foreign worker must come to the Immigration Office for a photo and biometrics.
- For the IV and V ITAS extension, a recommendation letter from the Regional Office of Kemenkum HAM (Ministry of Law and Human Rights) is required.
5. Multiple Entry / Re-Entry Permit (MERP)
Explanation
MERP is a written Re-Entry Permit granted by an Immigration official to a foreigner. Especially, as a holder of a Limited Stay Permit or Permanent Stay Permit to re-enter the territory of Indonesia. to re-enter Indonesian territory.

- RPTKA, TKA Notification, DKPTKA payment order billing code, DKPTKA proof of payment
- ITAS stamp on a valid passport
- ITAS online that is still valid

- On the 3rd day after you submit the documents to the local Immigration Office, the foreign worker must come to the Immigration Office for a photo and biometrics.

6. Reporting Certificate (STM)
Explanation
A document issued by the police in accordance with the domicile of a foreigner's residence in Indonesian territory. This document certifies that the foreigner has reported his/her arrival to Indonesia.

Adjusts to the Limited Stay Permit (ITAS) period of 7-12 months.

Explanation
Identity given by Disdukcapil to foreigners as the owner of a Limited Stay Permit (ITAS) as a condition for staying in Indonesian territory.

Adjusts to the Limited Stay Permit (ITAS) period of 7-12 months.

8. Existence Report (LK)
Explanation
The form of TKA reporting is in accordance with the domicile of the company where the foreigner works in Indonesia. This document is important as information that the foreigner has arrived and is ready to work in your company.
