Referring to Law No. 7 of 1981, every company has an obligation to report in writing when establishing, stopping, re-running, moving or dissolving a company. The report is in the form of Mandatory Company Labor Report or WLKP.

2. Mandatory Reporting of Worker Welfare Facilities (WLFKP) PERDA No. 6 Year 2004

Referring to Local Regulation No. 6/2004 on Manpower, every company is obliged to organize or provide worker/labor welfare facilities. This aims to support their productivity and welfare.

3. Company Regulations (Ministry of Labor/DISNAKER)

A guideline for the governance of a company, especially in relation to employment or industrial relations. You can use these guidelines to harmonize your corporate life and achieve your goals.

  • Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker): For companies with branches in Indonesia
  • Manpower Office (Disnaker): For companies that do not have branches in Indonesia
  • Letter / Application form that has been completed by the Company.

  • Letter of approval from the leadership of the Workers Union (SP)/Labor Union (SB) in the company and is not ready or able to improve the PP into PKB
  • Letter of assignment from the head of the company

4. Risk-Based NIB License

Based on Law No. 11 of 2020 chapter III article 7, the identity of the business actor issued by OSS (BPKM) after the business actor registers through the Online Single Submission (OSS). In addition to being the identity of the business actor, NIB also applies as:

  • Company Registration Certificate (TDP),
  • Import Identification Number (API), and
  • Customs access for companies to conduct import and export activities.


For companies with high-risk business activities, in addition to using NIB, a company business license (SIUP) is still required. You can adjust the business activity classification according to the Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification (KBLI) code.

5. P2K3 (Occupational Safety and Health Advisory Committee)

P2K3 is a body that assists the Company as a forum for cooperation between employers and workers to implement occupational safety and health.

6. KADIN Member Card (KTA)

A membership card issued by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It is derived from any business entity registered as a member of KADIN. Mainly through associations designated by KADIN based on the company's field and subfield.

7. Chamber of Commerce Certification

KADIN certification is a certificate document used as a recognition and statement that the business entity/business owner has credibility and good quality in the field or subfield of business in the KADIN association.
